When you submit an application, we collect the details you provide, which may include your name, date of birth, email address, city, occupation, Instagram handle, areas of interest, the name of anyone who referred you, and the message describing what you would contribute to the community.

We use your information solely to review your application, to communicate with you about it, and — if you are invited — to manage your membership. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Where your information is stored
Applications are stored securely in our own records and in Google Sheets, a service provided by Google. Your information is accessible only to the small team responsible for reviewing membership applications.
How long we keep it
We retain application data only as long as necessary to assess your request and, where relevant, to administer your membership. You may ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of the personal information we hold about you, and to withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the address below.
